Our original artworks are created on high quality, locally sourced gallery cotton or linen stretched canvases, with professional quality acrylic paints and varnish. They are then framed (unless stated otherwise) in Australian timber.

Due to the delicate nature of art products, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of the product, or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us as quickly as possible and provide photos of the damage to the product and packaging.

We use high quality materials to create our original artworks and are confident that you will be able to enjoy them for a lifetime. They do age over time. Temperature, humidity, UV light, and other environmental factors contribute to this and can cause expansion and contraction in the canvas or its supporting framework, as well as changes in the paint itself. This is a natural process and we do not provide refunds or accept returns for ageing.

Prices include Australian Good and Services Tax (GST) where applicable but do not include any local custom duties or taxes for international orders – these are the responsibility of the buyer.

All originals are framed (unless stated otherwise) and are shipped within Australia by specialist artwork transportation companies. Delivery time will depend on your location and transportation schedules, but should generally be received within 2-4 weeks.

For delivery outside Australia, the frame and stretcher bars are removed, and the canvas is rolled up in a tube. Once your order is confirmed, the canvas will be removed from the frame and stretcher, rolled in a tube, and dispatched within 5 business days. From there, delivery time will depend on your location and courier timeframes. It may take 4 or more weeks depending on your location and peak periods.
