All prints are unframed and are carefully rolled up in acid-free paper or cellophane and placed in a postal tube for shipping. Once your order is confirmed, it will be printed to order, packed and dispatched within 7 business days. From there, delivery time will depend on your location and courier timeframes. Within Australia, it should be 1-2 weeks but does depend on demand and peak periods. For deliveries outside Australia, it may take 4 or more weeks depending on demand and peak periods.

Our prints are very delicate and need to be treated with care to avoid damage. We recommend taking your print directly to a professional framer before removing it from its protective packaging.

All originals are framed (unless stated otherwise) and are shipped within Australia by specialist artwork transportation companies. Delivery time will depend on your location and transportation schedules, but should generally be received within 4 weeks.

For delivery outside Australia, the frame and stretcher bars are removed, and the canvas is rolled up in a tube. Once your order is confirmed, the canvas will be removed from the frame and stretcher, rolled in a tube, and dispatched within 7 business days. From there, delivery time will depend on your location and courier timeframes. It may take or more weeks depending on your location and peak periods.

eGift cards will be sent via email to the email address provided at checkout. Each eGift card has a unique code which can be used at the checkout to pay for a purchase.
