Once your order is confirmed, it will be printed to order, packed and dispatched within 7 business days. From there, delivery time will depend on your location and courier timeframes. Within Australia, it should be 1-2 weeks but does depend on demand. For deliveries outside Australia, it may take 4 or more weeks.

All prints come unframed and rolled in a tube unless you have specifically purchased framing as well. Our prints are very delicate and need to be treated with care to avoid damage. We recommend taking your print directly to a professional framer before removing it from its protective packaging.

As all artwork must be signed for, it's important that you notify the courier delivering the parcel that you notice the package is damaged and ensure that they record this. Once this is done, you can accept the parcel.

We then ask that you take photos of the damage to both the packaging and the product and contact us as soon as possible and provide us with the details so we can arrange a replacement for you and address the issue with the courier.

Our original artworks are created on high quality, locally sourced gallery cotton or linen stretched canvases, with professional quality acrylic paints and varnish finish. They are then framed in Australian timber.

Our Archival paper prints are printed on cotton rag - fine cotton fibres woven into a paper-like product. Cotton rag is the media of choice due to its archival qualities. We only use the highest quality cotton rag for our prints. They are printed with high quality archival inks - tested to last up to 100 years. Cotton rag reproductions should be framed behind glass or perspex, using a matte to separate them from the glass/perspex preventing the print from sticking. Due to the variables inherent between the thousands of different devices available for viewing images online, the colours you see on your screen may vary slightly from the reproduction you receive.

We have personally compared the original artwork with a printed proof made by the printmaker and are satisfied that each reproduction will be the best possible match in terms of tone, colour and in some cases, texture also.

Colour will fade over time as a result of exposure to UV light. Under normal household conditions, you could expect a pigment ink print on quality paper or canvas to last 80-100 years without noticeable fading.
