There is a particular kind of stillness in a paddock where the old timber has come down and been left where it fell. Nothing is tidied away out here. The trees keep going, the grass grows up around what has dropped, and the whole thing settles into itself. I painted this one for that quiet.

My original artworks are painted in acrylic & oil on high quality, locally sourced cotton or linen canvas, finished with a matte varnish and framed (unless stated otherwise) in Australian timber.

Due to the delicate nature of artworks, I'm unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your artwork, or it has been damaged in transit, please get in touch as soon as possible with photos of the damage to the artwork and packaging.

I use high quality materials and I'm confident you'll enjoy your artwork for a lifetime. Like all paintings, it will age gently over time. Temperature, humidity, UV light and other environmental factors can cause the canvas and frame to expand and contract, and can change the paint itself. This is a natural process, and refunds or returns aren't offered for ageing.

Prices include Australian GST where applicable but don't include any local customs duties or taxes for international orders, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Within Australia: originals are framed (unless stated otherwise) and sent with specialist artwork transport companies. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and transport schedules.

Outside Australia: the canvas is removed from its frame and stretcher bars, rolled in a protective tube and dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery can then take 4 or more weeks, depending on your location and peak periods.
