Our palettes are very delicate and need to be treated with care to avoid damage. Palettes should be framed behind glass or perspex, using a matte to separate them from the glass/perspex preventing the palette from sticking.
Due to the delicate nature of art products, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of the product, or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us as quickly as possible and provide photos of the damage to the product and packaging.
Prices include Australian Good and Services Tax (GST) where applicable but do not include any local custom duties or taxes for international orders – these are the responsibility of the buyer.
